Going Somewhere, Always
Between the head and the heart is the voice, and our voice reflects our choices: the way we reconcile what we think and what we feel; what we know and what we desire. Our voice reaches the world through the manner in which we live - sound is unnecessary; we show others who we are by the way we go through life, and touch everyone we meet with who we are in that moment.

Good to hear from you again. Your last post was worth waiting for. I have read a few chapters in the Dalai Lama's last book lately, but did not find such beautifully written sentences. Thank you.
helo shreve, I was starting to think I was going to wait forever for another post and another stunning photograph!
keep the stoke, chick.
I am a student at ohio university and stumbled along your blog. My current project is a vespa retail space and I would love to use some of your images in my presentation. They are great images, I love how you captured the bike along the trip in various spots. Thanks, Tess tr107504@ohio.edu
This is lovely - can I quote you?
...always coming home...
thank you for you. happy to've found a link.
I stumbled upon the Daily Coyote, and happened to wander over here. I'm so glad I did! Your photos and insights are extremely moving-- the perfect thing to distract me from writing final papers. Thanks!
So here I am leaving a comment for a blog entry that is almost a year old, written by a person I have never met before.
Needless to say, I was moved. Can't wait for more.
Yes, I agree with a previous comment. This is my new favorite quote and am sharing it with important people in my life who are on "the path" to finding personal enlightment. It really moved me.

This is deep...
I was just searching the interweb for information on a cross-country scooter trip and stumbled upon your amazing blog/story..... A photographer who gets turned on by film, (and the 28-70 Canon.... my favorite as well), and you accomplished my dream trip. I just might be in love with you. Thank you for the inspiration. I'll continue to delve into this word magic as I set a date for my departure from San Diego.... on a 50 cc Aprilia...... I'll let you know how it goes
Thaanks for this blog post
